How:
For Consultations:
We discuss what’s troubling you with honesty, love, understanding, total faith and free of judgment. Together we work out a program specifically curated for you that helps address those issues.
For Meditations:
We meditate together via a Google meet call or in-person if requested. We discuss beforehand, what kind of meditations would work best for you and I guide you through it.
When:
You decide what times work best for you.
Best time for meditations is early in the mornings, soon as you wake up.
Consultations can be done as per your convenience.
What you need:
A silent comfortable place, where you won’t be disturbed for the entirety of the session.
A comfortable meditation seat.
