Meditation is more science than a religious ritual or practice.
Meditation, and specifically Insight Meditation, has no affiliation with any documented or undocumented religions. It also does not endorse any God, sect, or ritualistic behaviors.
It is an experiment you do on yourselves. As you grow further in your practice, you start observing and realizing insights into your daily life.
You gain insights into your mundane/natural self. You also become aware of your mind and body. You understand the relationship between them.
This process continues until you dig deeper and deeper. You peel off all the layers from insight to insight like a Matryoshka doll.
You keep going from gross insights to subtler and subtler insights until you realize the ultimate truth.

There is still a “right way” of doing things. As all experiments, you have to be careful, consistent and diligent. It would be a great honor for me to show you the “right way” to do this experiment.
I have a schedule and strategy that helps you be consistent and diligent with your practice.
The Nobel Eightfold Path leads to liberation from all the bondages. I wish peace, love and compassion to all mankind and to all the creatures that cohabitate this planet and universe with us.
About me
Hello, I’m Ashish. I started my journey on the path to liberation in 2019, fortunately with a 10 day Vipassana retreat. I feel lucky I did not have to wander around the world of different kinds of meditation before finding the right way of doing it.
I am eternally grateful to have found the science of Vipassana(Insight Meditation).

If you had asked my mother, she’d honestly tell you I had a bitter and angry personality. I was also vindictive and overthinking.
Overall, I had a nasty personality. Four 10 day Vipassana retreats later, I might not be the sweetest peach yet, but certainly more aware and at a much better place.
I meditate daily. I practice different kinds of meditations. These include “Anapana,” also known as Awareness Meditation, “Metta,” known as Loving Kindness and Gratitude Meditation, and “Vipassana,” known as Insight Meditation.

Vipassana retreats are extremely effective and greatly beneficial to people who are in a position and mindset to be comfortable being silent and shut off completely from the world for 10 straight days.
Many people miss out on this amazing opportunity of Insight Meditation offered at the numerous Vipassana Centers around the world due to various reasons.
My intention and mission through this venture is to bridge this gap. Bring Vipassana/Insight meditation in digestible format and build it into consistent habit to people who are missing out and suffering.
