Sleep will no longer be a problem when you know how to wake up

Overthinking not letting you sleep? Been there, many people are there at this exact moment. You are not alone.

That is the nature of everything in the universe. If it exists, in time it will seize to exist. Even our mighty Sun is not immortal.
